The first time I used Live Chat, I was at placement #2 while in the queue and it took eighteen minutes until a live agent responded. The second time, I was at place #two all over again, but this time it only took eight minutes hold out time. This is very good as compared to other exchanges that only reply via email, with no Live Chat alternative.
